Our History
Mann Construction has been an institution in the construction industry of Guelph and the surrounding area since the 1950’s. Originally founded by the Mann family, Mann Construction has seen many changes both within the company and in the construction industry as a whole.
Mann has been providing high-quality aggregate supply for over 50 years and has 5 sites strategically located to serve the Waterloo region and Wellington county construction markets. We produce a full range of products needed for concrete, asphalt, and aggregate needed for the building of roads and other critical infrastructure.
Aggregate recycling is also a key focus at Mann and will accept broken concrete and asphalt for reprocessing at both Martin Pitt and Marden Yard.
Recently, in 2018, Mann Construction became Mann Construction 2018 Limited, and is now being operated by Steed and Evans Limited.
